HR Data Analysis
The focus of this project is to analyze the data gathered from employee surveys carefully. By doing so, we aim to identify, research, and ultimately address any underlying organizational issues that may negatively impact employee satisfaction. A quantitative research approach was employed throughout the project, utilizing a value-added methodology to accurately define the problem at hand, thoroughly analyze the collected data, and draw meaningful conclusions that inform our findings and recommendations.
Analysis of Race and Pay Equity Conflict
This project focuses on examining the impact of cultural communication differences on a real-world scenario. The analysis begins by assessing the perspectives of various stakeholders involved in a dilemma related to race and pay equity. A resolution plan is then proposed, which includes a comprehensive outline of potential solutions and an action plan for the stakeholders involved.
